Josephine Lucero

LUCERO, JOSEPHINE LOPEZ, age, 91, born in Wagon Mound, NM and a resident of Albuquerque, went to be with the Lord on Friday, June 15, 2012. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, aunt and friend to many. She is survived by her sons, Tano Lucero and LeRoy Lucero; grandchildren Vincent and wife Elena Lucero, Victor and wife Julie Lucero, Vanessa and husband Rob Bland, Michelle and husband Gene Bermudez, Chuck Rudolph, LeAnn Lucero and Lawrence Lucero and wife Amanda; 14 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Mrs. Lucero was preceded in death by her husband Cayetano Lucero in 1991; her daughter, Lorraine; and her granddaughter Lynette Lucero. Services will be held on Thursday, June 21, 2012, 11:00 a.m. at Second Presbyterian Church, 812 Edith Blvd NE. Interment will follow at 3:00 p.m. at Santa Fe National Cemetery.
