Joseph Paul Looney

Joseph Paul Looney, age 60, passed away September 23, 2018 at 2:45 a.m.

Joseph’s hobbies included 4-wheeling in his Ford Bronco, fishing, bowling, landscaping design, and handicrafts.  Joseph’s recent occupations were local trucking and landscaping. He was well known for his tireless assistance to friends, relatives, and even strangers.

He is survived by his separated wife; daughter Robyn and husband, Victor Hohnberger; and son Jake Looney.  He is also survived by his mother Patricia Looney; sister Mary Wilson and husband, Steve; sister Alma Dowless; and sister Jeanette Barr and her husband, Nick.  He also leaves behind many cherished aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation will begin at 12:00 noon one hour prior to the Memorial Service Friday, September 28, 2018, 1:00 p.m. at FRENCH - Lomas.  A Reception will immediately follow the service. Cremation burial will occur on Friday, October 5, 2018, 2:00 p.m. at Mount Calvary Cemetery, 1900 Edith Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87102.
