Jose R.V. Jaramillo

Jose, 85, devoted husband, dad and grandpo, passed away June 29, 2015 surrounded by family. Jose was known for being a hardworking loving family man. He served in the United States Army and worked as a precision Sheet metal worker and retired from Sandia National Laboratories after 30 years. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Sencionita; his daughters, Valerie and husband Michael, Yvonne and husband Victor and Gloria and husband Ben; and his grandchildren, Melanie (Lawrence), Adam, Eric, Alayna, Matthew, Erika, Victor and Jessica; and his six great grandchildren. He is also survived by brothers, Santiago and wife Bertha and Rudolfo and wife Sennie. He also leaves behind cherished uncle, aunt, brothers-in-laws, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and cousins. Jose was preceded in death by his father, Antonio; his mother, Presciliana; his brothers, Guzman, George, and Gilbert. A Visitation will be Sunday, July 5, 2015, 5:00 p.m. at FRENCH - Lomas with a Rosary following Visitation at 6:00 p.m. Funeral mass will be Monday, July 6, 2015, 9:00 a.m. at The Shrine of St. Bernadette Catholic Church, 11401 Indian School Rd NE. Interment ceremony will be held at Santa Fe National Cemetery at 3:00 p.m.
