Lord Jonathan David Garland
An incredible brother, uncle, son, and friend, Jon will be deeply missed by all. He was born in Farmington, New Mexico and lived his life to the fullest in Albuquerque. Though he never married and had no children of his own, he was well loved by all those around him. He always had music playing and enjoyed listening to podcasts like Pirate History. His favorite pastime was role playing games like D&D with friends.
Family and Friends may gather to recognize and remember Jonathan at Rio Rancho Premiere 14, 1000 Premiere Pkwy SE, Friday, May 17, 2024 from 1:00pm - 2:30pm.
All attending are welcome to bring food or beverages to share and dress in Jon’s favorite: Hawaiian shirts, shorts or kilt, and flip flops.
In accordance with Big Jon’s wishes, an Irish Wake will be held later at 5:00pm located at the residence of Kacie Pettit, whose address will be provided at the service, with mandatory celebration, laughter, and merriment as we celebrate his legacy and place in our lives.
Please bring with you at least a side dish or entrée, and a beverage either alcoholic or non-alcoholic.
Lastly, Jonathan will be interred on Saturday, May 18, 2024; 1:00pm at the Garland Family Cemetery located in Estancia, New Mexico.
