Johnny Weaver

Johnny Weaver, age 70, passed away peacefully surrounded by his sister, companion, and closest friends.

He was born in Monte Vista, Colorado to John and Elva Weaver, who preceded him in death. His sister, Susan Thompson, also preceded him in death.  He is survived by his sister, Patricia Wahe; nephew, Christopher Wahe and his wife Cassidie, and their two daughters, Jemma and Mackenzie; brother-in-law, Stan Thompson; niece, Sarah Nugent and her children, Autumn and Kai; nephew, Sam Thompson; his long-time companion, Dina Gonzales; and other family and many friends.

He was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He served our country with honor, pride, and dignity.

A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, December 5, 2018, 10:00 a.m. at FRENCH – Lomas. Cremation has taken place and he will be laid to rest in Santa Fe National Cemetery with full military honors.  A Reception to celebrate his life will be held at FRENCH – Lomas following the Memorial Service.

All who were privileged to know Johnny are invited to join the celebration with his family and friends.
