John George Sanders, 85, of Albuquerque, NM passed away on July 15, 2016. He was born in Rochester, NY and raised in Hagerstown, MD before joining the U.S. Air Force. John is survived by his loving wife, Hedy, of 54 years; sons, John Robert and wife Lori, and Thomas Christopher and wife Laura. He is also survived by his two grandchildren, Riley Jacobs Sanders of Dallas, TX and Olivia Lauren Sanders of Evergreen, CO.
Cremation will take place, with no service, to honor the request of the deceased. The family wishes to express sincere gratitude to all the relatives and friends who were so kind and supportive during this time.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
