John Sanchez

John Sanchez, age 70, past Grand Knight of the Knights of Columbus St. Magdalene of Canossa Council 14920. Past Faithful Navigator of Holy Child Assembly 3282. Founding Member of Pope St. John Paul II Assembly 3773, passed away Saturday, November 10, 2018.

He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Terry; his children, July and Jeff Sadowski, Carolyn and Jeremy Love, Anthony Sanchez and Robert Bell; three grandchildren, Kyle, Sarah, and Gerard. John leaves many beloved nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  He also leaves his brothers, Robert, Michael, and Chuck.  John was preceded in death by his parents, Archie and Rita Sanchez.

John was an avid reader, he loved to travel, and he was best known for his Snoopy Collection.  He retired from Continental Airlines as a lead Aircraft Mechanic.

A Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 15, 2018, 5:00 p.m. with a Rosary to follow at 6:00 p.m. at FRENCH - Wyoming.  A Funeral Mass will be Friday, November 16, 2018, 8:30 a.m. at Our Lady of the Annunciation Parish, 2621 Vermont Street NE.  Interment to follow at Mt. Calvary.
