JoAnne Perez

PEREZ, JOANNE F.Age 81, a resident of Albuquerque since 2000, died June 4, 2013. She is survived by her daughter, Carolyn Rodriguez and husband, Richard; daughter, Ayren Valery; son, Jesse Michael Perez; her brother, Edmund Carl Werner of Orange, CA and brother-in-law, Norman Proudfit of Scottsdale, AZ. JoAnne was preceded in death by her husband, Jess Perez, her sister, Martha Marks; sister, Millie Spell; sister, Kathy Fassett and sister, Joyce Proudfit. Born in Springfield, Ohio, JoAnne married her husband, Jess, of 40 years and raised her family in West Covina, CA. Later she retired with Jess to San Diego, CA and after his death moved to NM. JoAnne was a faithful Christian and attended the Living Word Church in Rio Rancho, NM. She was a member of the North Valley Senior Citizen Center and looked forward to visiting with her many friends there. She will always be remembered as a loving mother, sister and friend. We will also remember JoAnne as a giving person who was always willing to help others. A memorial will be held in Phoenix, AZ and interment will take place at the Riverside National Cemetery in California where she will be laid to rest next to her husband.
