Jessie Lou Beason blessed this earth from December 6, 1922 to November 2, 2017.
Jessie and her husband, Lee Beason who passed before her, loved and cherished four children, two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, all surviving her: Lester Beason (wife Pam), Sandra Beason Othick (husband Rolland), Beverly Silsby (Don, deceased), Kay Beason r; and grandsons, Arthur Carpenter (daughter Brittany), Randy Beason (son Tommy); special friend, Linda Zellner and many treasured nieces, nephews and many special friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Annie Sharp; and her sister, Ruby Buckner (Raymond); and brother, Lester Sharp (Grace).
Jessie and Lee had a family furniture store in Carlsbad, NM with Lee's brother, Si, and wife, Mildred, both deceased. Carlsbad was home for many years where they built a life filled with joy. Jessie was an exceptional gardener, decorator, musician, artist, chef, seamstress and homemaker. She was sensitive and kind, loving and generous. She was witty and fun. She will be missed by all who had the gift of her in their lives.
A Celebration of her Life will be held Monday, November 6, 2017, 12:30 p.m., at Hoffmantown Church, 8888 Harper Rd. NE, with a reception to follow.
