Jessica Dillard

Jessica Dillard, age 28, beloved daughter, mother, and sister, was called to her eternal resting place on Sunday, September 11, 2022. She entered this world on February 8, 1994, in Albuquerque, NM, born to Terry and Liz Dillard. She is survived by her sons, Rosendo Cruz, and Alakai Benavidez; father, Terry Dillard; mother, Liz Dillard; brother, Matthew Dillard; sister-in-law, Natalie Dillard; grandmother, Lola Vigil; grandmother, Beverly Dillard; aunt, Janet Valdez; uncle, Javier Valdez; cousin, Jacob Valdez; and partner, Jose Benavidez.

Jessica (Roman) loved her children and being a gallery manager. She loved going to baseball practice and games, dancing and singing to her favorite songs, and teasing her loved ones. Jessica enjoyed anything Disney, especially princesses. She liked Dia De Los Muertos, Marilyn Monroe, and Audrey Hepburn. Jessica strongly believed in family, traditions, heritage, loyalty and being kind to everyone. She never came or left without giving us a big hug. She was extremely smart and a great writer and artist.

Jess had a stubborn, independent streak as well. She had opinions and was not shy about sharing them. She liked shooting her guns, driving fast, and smoking cigarettes. She lived her life like a loving rebel, with hustle and heart, and that's how she would want to be remembered.

She was deeply loved by her whole family and friends and will be missed by everyone who knew her.

A Celebration of Life reception will be held on Friday, September 30, 2022, FRENCH - Wyoming between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
