Jerry Clinton French, 84, went to be with the Lord Wednesday, June 21, 2017.
He is survived by his children, Ronald Foster and wife, Donna, Jeanne Marie Gonzalez, Janet Rivera and husband, Gil, Christopher Jerry French and Janice and husband, Dr. Douglas Prager; grandchildren, Stephen Rivera, Robbie Rivera and wife, Micah, Kevin and wife, Michaela, Chris and Cameron Foster, Jennifer, Joshua and Daniel Prager; four great-grandchildren; and many other family and friends including his best friend, Patches. Jerry was preceded in death by his wife, Annie; his parents, Jim and Ruby; and his brother, Jim.
He was a graduate of Albuquerque High and UNM and served our country in the US Navy. Jerry was a teacher, sports broadcaster, theater manager and Bank Manager and Family Liaison for FRENCH Mortuary before retiring. Jerry lived life to the fullest. He loved the Lord, his St. Louis Cardinals, horseracing and he never met a stranger.
He was a member of Journey Fellowship Church, 2518 Eubank Blvd NE where Services will be Monday, June 26, 2017, 1:00 p.m. with burial to follow at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery.
