Jerrene (Bass) Dixon

Jerrene Dixon, 93, beloved mother and grandmother, passed away peacefully on August 9th. Jerrene met and married Clem Dixon, in 1945 while he was still in the US Army. They married, moved to Albuquerque where they raised two sons, David and Jerry. They were married for 69 years until Clem was "called home" in 2015. Now Jerrene has joined her sweetheart in heaven. Jerrene is survived by sons, David Dixon (wife Hilda Dixon) and Jerry Dixon (wife Rose Dixon); grandchildren, Marc Dixon, Dan Dixon, Shaun Dixon, Jessica Dixon-Neal, Chad Dixon, Randi Kunz, Morgan Grenz; and many great grandchildren. A graveside service will be held at the National Cemetery in Santa Fe at 10:30am of August 31st.
