Jeffrey Anthony Chavez

Jeffrey Chavez, age 51, was called to his eternal resting place on Friday, August 6, 2021. He is survived by his wife, Jennifer Jinzo-Chavez; sons, Joseph Chavez, Jeffrey Chavez, Jr., Dustin Chavez, Corey Chavez, and grandson, Jeffrey Chavez, III.

He was preceded in death by his father, Leroy Chavez Sr., brother, Leroy Chavez Jr. He is survived by his mother, Marion Cipriano; brother, Marty Chavez; sister, Joyce Contreras, and several nieces, nephews, family, and close friends.

Jeff spent his life bringing laughter and joy to everyone around him, if you ever got to meet Jeff, you know his most prized possession were his sons, and grandson. He loved to joke around, make people laugh, and pick on you, he was known for his silly laugh that made everyone laugh even more. When Jeff wasn't caring for his sons, and wife, he spent his spare time at the gym, with his friends, this was his favorite hobby, along with road trips, and vacationing.

A Viewing will be held for Jeff on Friday, August 13, 2021, at 1:00 p.m., at FRENCH - Westside, please keep in mind the location does have limited capacity.
Immediately following the Viewing, we would like to invite everyone to join us for food and refreshments at our home, located at: 5620 Red River Rd, Albuquerque, NM 87114

A Celebration of Life for Jeff will be held on Monday, August 16, 2021, at 2:00 p.m., at Sagebrush Church - Riverside Campus, 6440 Coors Blvd. NW Albuquerque, NM 87120.
We do request if flowers will be delivered, please have them sent the morning of the service, prior to the service - the reception office is open starting at 8:30 a.m.
Immediately after we do invite our family, and friends to join us for food, and refreshments to be held at 6230 Buenos Aires Pl NW, Albuquerque, NM 87120.
