Jeanne Langham Wimmer, 74, of Speedway, WV and longtime resident of Albuquerque, NM, departed this life to be with her Lord on January 21, 2016.
Born on August 3, 1941, she was the eldest daughter of the late Marjorie Walker Watson and Arnette Cunningham. Making friends wherever her path took her, she enjoyed working among friends at Richardson Motor Company, Public Service Company, and KHFM Radio in Albuquerque, NM during the 28 years she resided there, always referring to it as "home." She enjoyed the arts and frequented the opera, ballet, and symphony falling desperately in love with the music of Josh Groban.
Always willing to help others, she served as president of the Willing Workers of Speedway in West Virginia for many years taking care of the bereaved and sick.
A beloved mother, grandmother, and sister, she is survived by her children, Steven M. Langham and his children, Deserea Langham, Natasha Langham and Tyler Langham, Sherilyn M. Shideler and her children, Myhisha N. Webb, Jeanne M. Heninger, and Samantha Rivera, Suzanne M. Protzman, her husband, Mark and their children, Amanda M. Protzman, Melissa A. Protzman, Mollie A. Protzman, and Shannon E. Crown, her husband, John and their children, John V. Crown and James Crown. She is also survived by loving great grandchildren, brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and a host of longtime friends.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husbands, Vernon F. Langham and Carl H. Wimmer; her siblings, Arthur "Bud" Cunningham, Harold "Duck" Cunningham, and Dorothy Mullens Brinkley; son, Stanley Michael Langham; and grandson, Justin Langham.
Services will be held on Wednesday, February 3, 2016, 12:00 p.m., at FRENCH - University. Interment will follow at Santa Fe National Cemetery at 3:00 p.m.

She will be infinitely missed by all who knew her.
