Jeanne Standerfer Greenwalt

Jeanne Standerfer Greenwalt, 94, passed away Friday, August 5th, 2016. She was preceded in death in September of 2015 by her beloved husband of 68 years, Robert R. Greenwalt. They truly adored each other. She is survived by her daughter, Gayle McCormick, of Albuquerque; her sons, Robert L. Greenwalt and wife, Louise, of Albuquerque; son, Todd Greenwalt and wife, Kari, of Houston, and son, Reverend Nicholas; and Wife Jonelle Greenwalt of Mesa, Az. Jeanne and Bob had seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren, who will greatly miss their "Nan" and "Pap" . She will be remembered by all as a loving and devoted wife and mother. She could light up a room with her laughter; she loved her Green Bay Packers. Jeanne was born in Fairfield, Il. to O.D. and Sadie Standerfer. She was a fixture at the Four Hills Country Club where she continued to play golf into her late eighties. Her family would like to thank Ambercare and the caring staff at the Cottages at Brookdale. There will be a private service for the family.
