Jean C. Pederson

Jean C. Pederson, 82, met her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ April 6, 2016. She was born in Clarksville, AR to Asa and Elizabeth Williams. Jean is survived by her husband of 63 years, Phil; her children, Tammy Forester and husband, Steve, Tim Pederson and wife, Sandy; grandchildren, Jennifer Clark and husband, Korey, Jessica Muniz and husband, Jessie; great grandchildren, Kenneth, Anna, Philip and Brodie; as well as many other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, her son, Randall; her twin brother, James, and her sister, Jacquiline. Jean moved to Albuquerque in 1941 and met the love of her life, Phil in 1948 and they were married in 1952 at St. Timothy's Lutheran Church. She served as a docent at the Albuquerque Museum for over 35 years, loved New Mexico history and was a faithful church member. Mr. and Mrs. Pederson enjoyed traveling together, gardening in their yard and spending time with family. Jean was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother and will be dearly missed. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of your choice. Services will be Wednesday, April 13, 2016, 1:00 p.m. at St. Timothy's Lutheran Church, 211 Jefferson St. NE with burial to follow at Fairview Memorial Park Cemetery.
