She enjoyed crochet, knitting, handiwork and was quite self-reliant - always with a glue bottle and hammer in hand. She loved to entertain her bridge groups and was considered the mistress of hors d'oeuvres and weird jello things. Jean and John lived across the USA as his career as engineer took them to New Mexico, Indiana, Kansas, Nebraska, Nevada, Louisiana, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and back again to retire in New Mexico. Jean was an active member of Peralta Memorial United Methodist Church. Services will be announced at a later time.
