Jason C. Salazar

Jason C. Salazar, age 50, a devoted father, beloved son, brother, and friend, passed away on Thursday, July 18, 2024. Jason was well known throughout Albuquerque and Rio Rancho as the face of his family owned business, Elliott's. Jason had a love of cars, guns, movies, music, and fitness.

Jason is survived by his son, Jovan Salazar. He is also survived by his mother, Virginia Elliott; brother, Patrick Elliott, and sister, Erica Salazar. He also leaves behind his nephew, Christopher Elliott; and grandfather, Willie Vallejos. He was proceeded in death by his father, Bernie Salazar; his father, Rick Elliott, and grandmothers, Josie Vallejos and Charlotte Olguin.

A visitation will be held Wednesday, July 31, 2024, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., followed by a Rosary at 7:00 p.m., at FRENCH-Westside. A Funeral Mass will be held Thursday, August 1, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., at St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church, 5712 Paradise Blvd NW, Albuquerque, NM 87114.
