Janice Rose Molinari, 83, died Wednesday, May 15, 2024, after a short illness. She was born in Providence, RI, the daughter of Michael and Angelina Edwardo, who have preceded her in death. She married Ronald E. Molinari in 1965 in Los Angeles.
Janice lived an adventurous life traveling through Europe, hot air ballooning in Kenya, hiking the Andes in Machu Pichu, climbing a pyramid in Egypt, and swimming in Caribbean waters.
She graduated from UCLA with a degree in English, where she was awarded the title of "Outstanding Cub" for reporting at the UCLA Daily Bruin. She held positions in marketing and advertising in both Los Angeles and Boston. In retirement, she returned to her love of writing fiction and joined groups in Providence, Santa Fe, and Albuquerque.
She is survived by her sister, Eleanor, her brother-in-law, Earnest, and numerous cousins in Rhode Island and California.
