Jane Talso passed away two days after her 79th birthday in Albuquerque after a lengthy fight with cancer. She was born in Los Angeles to Daniel Gregory and Dorothy Nell Marshall. Jane was a graduate of Mount Saint Mary's College in Los Angeles and received her Master's Degree from Catholic University in Washington DC. She is survived by her husband, Warner; their son, Daniel and wife, Jennifer; two sisters, Martha Stevenson of Damascus, MD and Veronica Varela of Chandler, AZ; brother in law, Phil Talso and wife, Rochelle and many other family and friends. Jane was preceded in death by her brother, Charles and her parents, Daniel and Dorothy Marshall. Jane met Warner and they married on June 6, 1962 in Zweibrueken, Germany. Jane was a homemaker all her married life and as the family moved around the world while Warner served in the US Army, she always provided a stable, loving home. Jane was an exceptionally talented quilter and a member of the NM Quilters Association for 40 years. Janes's sisters remember her as an incredible big sister and role model to them. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed. A Memorial Celebration of her life will be Wednesday, March 12, 2014, 10:00 a.m. at FRENCH - Lomas Chapel. Interment will follow at 2:15 p.m. at Santa Fe National Cemetery.
