Jana Hardway

Jana J. Hardway age 58, passed away Sunday, April 21, 2013 in her home. She is survived by her husband, Reggie L. Hardway; children, Ryan Hardway and Brana L. Hardway; mother, M. Elizabeth Jones; brother, Bradley B. Jones and his wife, Cela T. Jones; sister in law, Nancy J. Brown; two nephews, three nieces, one great nephew and one great niece. Jana was preceded in death by her father, Morris B. Jones. Jana was born in Midland, TX on September 19, 1954. She graduated from Del Norte High School in 1972 and received a Bachelor's degree in university studies from UNM in 1976. Jana worked in human resources until 1985, then she became a homemaker and raised her two children. She then returned to work as a substitute teacher for APS from 2000 through 2007. Jana was blessed with an energetic and high spirited personality and a generous disposition. Her quick wit and light hearted sense of humor was unmatched. Her devotion to the care of and thoughtfulness of others was an inspiration and will never be forgotten. She will be remembered for the immense and immeasurable love, care and adoration she had for her family. Private services were held in Albuquerque.
