James Douglas Wingfield

James D. Wingfield, 73 of Albuquerque, passed away on Saturday, January 10, 2015. He was born on July 25, 1941 in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada to Alexander and Marie (Smith) Wingfield. He was raised in Hamilton and attended Ryerson University in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. He was a long time hotel general manager in the Caribbean before settling in South Florida. After he retired in Florida he went to Portland, OR and later settled in Albuquerque. He is survived by his children Sean and wife Esther of Albuquerque, Siobhan Wingfield and husband Cy Pizam of Orlando, FL and Samantha Lyons and husband Brad, also of Orlando; five grandchildren; and his brother Don and sister Mary. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, January 13, 2015, 7:00 p.m. at FRENCH - Wyoming.
