James Tatum

Age 69, a resident of Albuquerque, died Wednesday, May 29, 2013. He is survived by sister, Celeste O'Neill of Albuquerque, NM; nephew, Brian Mitchell; niece, Tracie O'Neill, and his aunt, LaRelle Campbell. Jimmy was preceded in death by his parents, James Baker Tatum Sr. and Araline Tatum. Jimmy was known in his youth as a genius at mathematics. He was also a chess master and holds a record as having never been beaten at a game of chess. Following cremation at French Mortuary, Interment will take place at Fort Bayard National Cemetery.
