James C. Mehlberg

James C. Mehlberg, 68, died October 28, 2015. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Alice; his children Aaron J. Mehlberg and wife Kelly, Alicia Mehlberg and husband Ryan Davis; grandchildren Gracie "James" Reagan Mehlberg and Avery Ryan Davis; brother Charles Mehlberg and wife Doris and his beloved Rye. James was preceded in death by his parents Carl and Margaret. He grew up in the upper peninsula of Michigan, and graduated from Ferris State University College of Pharmacy. James and family moved to Albuquerque 28 years ago as a manager in the Financial Industry and worked most recently with Morgan Stanley as a Financial Advisor . He was a charter member of the Del Norte Rotary Club and a member of the Masonic Lodge. A Celebration of his Life will be Monday, November 2, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. at St. Chad's Episcopal Church, 7171 Tennyson St. NE. Donations may be made to the Presbyterian Ear Institute, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, where deaf and hard-of-hearing children come to listen, learn, and speak, at 415 Cedar Street SE, Albuquerque, NM 87106 or Canine Companions for Independence, www.cci.org. Cremation has taken place.
