James H. Bejcek, age 53, a favorite uncle, loving son and brother, passed away Monday, August 1, 2016. James was known for his humor and being a friend to everyone he met. He graduated from high school the same year his dad graduated college causing him and his dad to be small town celebrities in Midland, TX. After moving to Albuquerque, he joined the United States Navy and served on the USS Independence, mostly in the Mediterranean as a Boiler Technician. After his stint in the Navy, he drove for 19 years as a truck driver for JB Hunt. He enjoyed attending his nephew's functions when he was able.
He is survived by his parents, Charles and Mary; brother, Lewis and his wife Rebecca, their boys Thomas and Justin; and his sister, Janet Ravenholt and her family. He also leaves many cherished aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends across the country.
A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, August 16, 2016, 6:00 p.m., at FRENCH - Wyoming.
