Our loving son, Jacob Lee Vernon age 34, entered eternal life on Tuesday, April 26, 2016. He was a member of the local 480 Studio Mechanics Union Family. Jacob worked on numerous movies, television and live music productions throughout the country.
He passed away while doing what he loved most, working at the Coachella Music Festival where he is known as "The Mayor of Coachella". Jacob lived life to the fullest, and was loved by all.
He is survived by his father, Steve Vernon & wife Debbie; mother, Mary Fernandez & husband Isaac; brothers, Steven Vernon, Aaron & Isaac Fernandez Jr., Chad and Brian Borne; sisters, Vivian Nicholson, Izabelle Williams, Rosario Oleson,; grandmothers, Marie Sedillo-Vernon and Jerrie Scheeler.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Frances Gurule Sanchez. Jacob held a very special place in his heart for his cousins Rodney and Adam Gurule, Jason and Bryan Sanchez, as well as all his extended family and friends.
There will be a viewing at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 1, 2016 with a Rosary being recited at 5:00 p.m. at Holy Family Church, 562 Atrisco, SW, Albuquerque, NM 87105.
