Jack Ward

WARD, JACK Jackie Ward, 81, beloved Husband, Father, Grandfather and Great-Grandfather was called to his eternal resting place in Heaven on Monday, December 15, 2014. He entered this world on August 23, 1933 in Memphis, TX, born to Henry and Martha Ward. Jack served in the United States Navy from 1952-1956. He graduated from Adams State College with a Master's Degree in Education and he served as a teacher, principal and superintendent in the Bloomfield School District for 32 years. He is survived by his wife, Ruth Ward of Rio Rancho; his son, Marty Ward of Houston, TX; his daughter, Terry Ferrari of Bloomfield, NM; and daughter, Kristine Willingham of Tijeras, NM. Jack was also blessed with four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 20, 2014, 11:00 a.m., at the First Baptist Church of Rio Rancho, 3906 19th Ave SE, Rio Rancho, NM 87124.
