Idalia - Casarez

Idalia Casarez, 83, was a loving, caring, and dedicated Wife and Mother, who passed away April 23, 2023. Idalia was known for her love of her late husband Isidro Chick Casarez. She also loved and cared for many stray cats in her neighborhood, making sure they never missed a meal. She was a loyal friend and a hard-working person. She is survived by her stepchildren Isidro David Casarez and Anthony Casarez. She also leaves behind many cherished nieces and nephews. Also touching Idalia's life was her lifelong friend Mary Rose Torres. The interment will take place at Mount Calvary Cemetery, 1900 Edith Avenue in Albuquerque, New Mexico, on Thursday, April 27th, 2023, at 11:00 am. Memorial Contributions may be made in her name to Holy Family Catholic Church, 562 Atrisco Dr SW, Albuquerque, NM 87105.
