Ida (Duran) Garcia

Our beloved mother, Ida Duran Garcia passed away with her family beside her on August 1, 2018 at the age of 89. She was born on December 7, 1928 in Duran, N.M.

She is survived by five daughters, Sandra Milliman, JoAnn Keicher, Vera Rogers, Katherine Camper (husband, Sam) and Lisa Tillery (husband, Brian); eight grandchildren, Michelle, Bobby, Joy, Laura, Sean, Stephen, Phillip and Lauren; And seven great grandchildren, Mason, Noah, Rowen, Acer, Elio, Violet and Theo. And many nieces, nephews and friends.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Robert Garcia. They were married 65 years.

We were truly blessed to have such a wonderful mother and role model. God bless you, you will be greatly missed by all of us.

Services will be on Tuesday, August 7, 2018 with Recitation of the Rosary at 3:00 p.m., followed by a Memorial Service at 3:30 p.m. in the chapel at FRENCH – University, 1111 University Blvd. Albuquerque, NM. Reception to follow in the reception center adjacent to the funeral home.
