Howard Moomey

Howard Moomey, 85, beloved Husband, Father, Grandfather and Brother, was called to his eternal resting place on February 12, 2022.  He entered this world on September 5, 1936 in Venus (Edgewood), NM,  born to Morris (Wesley) and Nettie Moomey.  He was preceded in  death by his wife Linda, his son Kevin and his parents  Morris (Wesley) and Nettie Moomey and brothers,  Emmer, Raymond, Leonard and his sister Blondina.   He is survived by his son David and daughter-in-law Joann Moomey, his Grandson Steven Farrelly and his Grandpuppy Kevin.  He is also survived by his sisters, Dorothy Simms, Rosemary Kvamme, Avie Pennick (Paul) and Madeline Pertri (Barry); and brother, Paul Moomey.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at 12:00pm at French Funerals- University Chapel with Pastor Jonathan Liggett officiating.  The family will receive friends from 10 – 12 prior to the service.  Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery.
