Herold Brito

Herold Brito, 75 of Albuquerque, passed away on Monday, June 22, 2015. He was born on December 22, 1939 in Estancia, NM to Jose and Josie (Gomez) Brito. He graduated from Estancia High School in 1958 where he was the class president, Mr. EHS, Carnival King and where he excelled at football, basketball, baseball and track. He married Charllene Baber and they founded, owned and operated Parcel Delivery of Albuquerque from 1969 to this day. He was a devoted father and believer in Christ who was a long time member at Queen of Heaven Parish and most recently was a parishioner at Risen Savior Catholic Community. Herold is survived by his wife, Charllene; son, Sean and his wife Shelley and their children Austin and Shayla - all of Albuquerque; and his brother, Eddie Brito and his wife Rose. In addition, he is survived by his entire second family, the employees of Parcel Delivery. He was preceded in death by his mother. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 27, 2015 at FRENCH-Wyoming. Concluding services will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, Albuquerque.
