Herlinda Nieves

Herlinda Nieves, born Monday, March 23, 1953, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 21, 2023.

Originally from Chihuahua, Mexico, she made the arduous journey to the U.S., where she worked hard and became a proud U.S. citizen. She lived a life dedicated to her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She loved music and dancing and could often be found doing both without a care in the world. She enjoyed good food, good company, and her daily cups of coffee.
She leaves behind her children: Martha, Nancy, Gregory, and Christina.
Their spouses: Greg, Arnold, Amber, and Geoffrey.
Her grandchildren: Rebecca, Manuel, Daniel, Alexandra, Adrian, Alyssa, Jesse, Alicia, Skylaar, Caden, Allison, Josiah, Arella, Emmalyn, Madelyn, Townes, and Theodore.
Her great grandchildren, Lilianna and Nayah, along with her furry grand babies, as well as her beloved mother, Manuela, and many brothers and sisters in Mexico and California, nieces, nephews, Godchildren, and friends.
She will be reuniting with her daughter Judith, mother Josefina, and our father Gregorio, where they will be together again, watching over all those she loved.

Visitation will be held on Monday, January 30, 2023, 10:00 a.m. - 10:45 a.m. at FRENCH - University, 1111 University Blvd, NE. Graveside Service will immediately follow at Fairview Memorial Park, 700 Yale Blvd, SE.
