Hattie Belle Butler

Hattie Belle Butler, Born Hattie Belle Ferrel on July 7, 1976, in Albuquerque, New Mexico to Don and Helen Ferrel lost her long battle with breast cancer on Monday, July 29, 2013, at the age of 37. She loved horses, friends, life and most of all she loved her family. She was preceded in death by her older brother Jason Webb Ferrel who died while both were young children. Her accomplishments in life were great and numerous in that she touched the lives of many and left behind a legacy of love and inspiration to all who knew her. She spread laughter and joy to those she knew. She was a loving wife to her husband Bobby Butler who had the good fortune to take her hand in holy matrimony on November 18, 2000. She was an incredible loving mother and friend to her two children her daughter Shelby Lynn Butler age 10; and her son, Cooper Daniel Butler age 8. She had the rare ability to inspire warmth and love in those she met and had many long lasting friendships and many will surely miss her. She was a loving and incredible daughter to Donald and Helen Ferrel and an equally awe inspiring older sister to Brent M. Ferrel who like all others will miss her dearly. She was a great sister - in -law to Carrie Bradford and Uneik Ferrel and a wonderful daughter- in -law to Frank and Cindy Butler. Her legacy will live on in the hearts of those who knew her and her two incredible children. The world has lost a truly spectacular person, and we, who knew and loved her, are at a loss for her going, but our lives have been immeasurably enriched for knowing her. It is with great sadness and a hope in life eternal, that we say goodbye. A visitation will be held Thursday, August 1, 2013, 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. at FRENCH - Westside. Funeral Ceremony will be Friday, August 2, 2013, 2:00 p.m. at Monte Vista Christian Church 3501 Campus Blvd. NE, Albuquerque.
