Hans J. Happek

Hans Happek, age 77, devoted husband, father and grandfather, passed away June 12, 2015. Hans enjoyed watching and playing golf. He is survived by his beloved wife of 52 years, Mary Jane Happek of Albuquerque, NM; his children, Anita Ford of Albuquerque, NM, Tracy Happek of Albuquerque, NM and Steven Happek of Stephen City, VA and his grandchildren, Cody Polyard and Cayla Ford. He is also survived by his brothers, Roland Happek, Eddie Werner, Louis Bordowitz, Jr and sister, Marlene Kelly. He also leaves many cherished aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Also touching Hans's life were Herbert and Nanette Skipp and Bill and Doris Stubbs and Dudley and Viola Vines, and his special friends from Honeywell that he met for lunch occasionally on Wednesday's. Hans was preceded in death by his parents Heinrick Happek and Erna Happek Bordowitz. A Visitation will be held Friday, June 19, 2015 beginning at 5:00 p.m. at FRENCH - Wyoming with Rosary to follow at 6:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held Saturday, June 20, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. at the Shrine of St. Bernadette Catholic Church, 11509 Indian School Rd.
