Gregory Alan Chalk

Gregory Alan Chalk, age 65, passed away on Sunday, September 10th, 2023. He was born in Hamilton, Ohio and was a resident of New Mexico since 1989. Greg is survived by his daughter, Heather Smith and son-in-law, Carl Smith of Edgewood, NM; granddaughters, Carly and Christa Smith of Edgewood, NM; father, David Chalk of Hamilton, OH; brother, Dave Chalk and wife, Linda of Loveland, OH; sister, Lisa Mason of Middletown, OH; and brother, Michael Chalk and wife, Sheila of Monroe, OH. Greg was preceded in death by his mother, Wanda Chalk.

Greg was a believer in Christ, and was saved on February 5th, 1997. Greg played the trumpet in his high school marching band and graduated from Lemon Monroe High School in 1976. Greg enjoyed golf, reading, all things World War 2, and watching the Cincinnati Reds and Albuquerque Isotopes. Greg also dearly loved his family and the Lord.

A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, October 4, 2023, 10:30 a.m., at Valley View Christian Church, 170 NM-344, in Edgewood.
