Gloria "Granny" Rice

Age 86, a resident of Albuquerque, died Sunday, December 8, 2013. She is survived by her children, Tom Rice and Carol Markey, grandchildren, Sean Markey (Tricia Ruger), Tara (Joe) Ross, Adam Rice, April Rice and Geneva Rice; great-grandchildren,Cole, Caelan, Sean, Jr., Ben. and Veronica and all the many children she loved and took care of in her home day care. Granny was a caregiver of every sense of the word. She was a devoted mother and grandmother and took care of her family throughout her life. Services will be held on Saturday, December 14, 2013, 1:00 p.m. at FRENCH - Lomas.
