Glen Alexander

Glen Alexander passed peacefully on Sunday, August 17, 2014 at age 93. He was born in Dawson Springs, KY to Robert and Minno Lee Alexander. Mr. Alexander has been a resident of Albuquerque since 1966 moving from Illinois where he was a business owner. He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather and is survived by his wife of 52 years; two daughters; a son-in-law; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Mr. Alexander served in the Army during WWII. He was a former member of the American Legion, a lifetime member of the NRA, a life member of VFW, and a member of Elks, the Hickory Hills, Illinois Gun Club and the Albuquerque Gun Collectors Association. After an early retirement, he and his wife traveled extensively, spending many winters in Mexico. Friends may visit FRENCH - Wyoming Monday, August 25, 2014 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Services will be held Tuesday, August 26, 2014, 10:00 a.m., also at FRENCH - Wyoming.
