Gilbert R. Gallegos

Gilbert R. Gallegos, 63, beloved husband, father, Tata and friend, passed away July 9th, 2015. Gilbert was known for his love of teaching, hunting and fishing. As well as his spirit of life traveling, being a mentor to others and being outdoors. He is survived by his wife Mary Gallegos, his children: Peter Rodriguez, Celina Lubbeck, Vincent Rodriguez and Angelina Zamaripa; his grandchildren: Alyssa Lubbeck, Emma Lubbeck, John Trey Lubbeck, Destinee Zamaripa, Carlos Zamaripa, Josiah Chimoni, Isiah Rodriguez and Vincent "Jr" Rodriguez; his brother Mario Gallegos and sister Patsy Bottijliso. Gilbert is preceded in death by his parents: Louis Gallegos, Vidala "Lala" Taylor Gallegos and his son Marcos "Marc" Gallegos; and his brothers Peter Gallegos and Ruben Gallegos. He also leaves many cherished aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Also touching the lives of many dear friends and other family. Services will be held Saturday, July 18 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Calvary Albuquerque, 4001 Osuna Rd NE.
