Georgia Mae Offtermatt

Georgia Mae Offtermatt, age 91, widow of Wilbur Francis "Bill" Offtermatt, and a former 30 year resident of Albuquerque, was called home to her Lord on January 24, 2014 in Franklin, VA. She was born in Benefit, VA to the late James and Maggie Mae Gilbert Castellow and was predeceased by two sisters, Annie Bell and Martha Patterson, and by a brother, Jimmy Castellow. Mrs. Offtermatt was a very active member of the Risen Savior Catholic Community in Albuquerque prior to moving to The Village at Woods Edge in Franklin, VA. Left to cherish her memory are two sisters, Aleen C. Hayes and husband, Billy, of Franklin, VA and Pauline C. Padgett of Suffolk, VA; and numerous nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial has been rescheduled for Tuesday, February 4, 2014, 10:00 a.m., at Risen Savior Catholic Community, 7701 Wyoming Blvd. NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109.
