George Nicholas (Polallis) Polallis

George N. Polallis passed away September 30, 2021, at the age of 92. A WWII Marine Corps Veteran and graduate of Rockhurst University, he moved his family from Kansas City, MO to Albuquerque in the early 1970's. He was employed by the United States Department of Energy and was a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers. George bravely and successfully battled COVID and fought complications of diabetes for many years. His was a life well lived, exemplified by hard work, an unforgettable sense of humor, and faithfully remained an avid CHIEFS fan until the end. Preceded in death by his wife Betty; survived by daughters Lisa (Kim) and Sharon, grandchildren April and Daniel.

Private services to be held at Santa Fe National Cemetery.
