George Brilla, age 69, retired Air Force SMSGT, passed away on June 3, 2017 after a long battle with multiple illnesses.
He retired after proudly serving almost 25 years in the United States Air Force at bases all around the world. George is survived by his wife, Marie; his children, Miraflor and Jennifer, husband Chris; and grandchildren, James, Jessica, Andres, J’Angelica, Diego and Mikaela as well as many cherished extended family and friends. George was preceded in death by his parents, Mary and Peter Brilla and sister, Georgine.
Family and friends may visit Tuesday, June 13, 2017, 5:00 p.m. at FRENCH - Lomas with a Rosary to follow at 6:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, June, 14, 2017, 9:00 a.m. at The Shrine of St Bernadette, 11401 Indian School Rd NE. Burial will follow the service at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
