This is less of an obituary and more of a thank you note.

So I would like to tell everyone.

Family, friends and clients. That I have felt like I was the luckiest guy who ever lived. To have so many people who cared for me so much. I am so grateful for all the love and friendship I have received from you all. So when you play a round of golf or have a glass of wine remember me. And I'll look forward to the time we will meet again.

Until then may God hold you in the hollow of his hand. And remember what we do in life echoes in eternity.
