Gary Leon King

Gary Leon King, 73, a dedicated husband, father, grandfather, and brother was born in Manila, Arkansas on June 30, 1942 and departed from this world on June 24, 2016 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Gary was a US Marine and retired from Sandia National Labs. He is survived by his beloved wife of 50 years, Shelia Jolliff King; daughter and son-in-law, Cara and Hector Lorenzo Pimentel; son, Nathan Richard Clifford King; grandchildren, Liliana Denise King, Emma Sophia Pimentel, Logan Gary Charles King, and Adelina Ava Pimentel. He is also survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Rodney and Kathy King and the following in-laws: Pamela Henry, Rowana and Bob Rogers, Rickey Jolliff and Diane Adair. Gary was preceded in death by his father, Clifford Leon King and mother, Zelda McDonald King. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Friday, July 1, 2016, 11:00 a.m. at FRENCH - Lomas. Private interment will occur at a later date.
