Gabriel Emiterio Griego

Gabriel E. Griego, 56, lifelong resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico passed away on Thursday, September 28, 2017. He is survived by his parents, Charles and Lucy; brother, Danny and wife Cyndi; brother, Vincent and wife Terri; sister, Monica; brother, Billy and wife Amanda, four nephews, three nieces, six great nephews, four great nieces, aunts, uncles, relatives and friends.

Gabriel was born June 10, 1961. He was good, generous, spiritual, and was loved by many who knew him. He was a wonderful son, brother, uncle, nephew and friend. He was one who never did harm to anyone and was a kind and gentle soul. He merited heaven and taught us all to serve God. He is now in the arms of the Blessed Virgin Mary and all the angels, especially the one bearing his name, Gabriel the Archangel.

A Rosary will be recited Tuesday, October 3, 2017, at 7:00 p.m. at Saint Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 1502 Sara Road, SE, Rio Rancho, NM 87124. A Mass will be held Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. also at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church. Burial will follow immediately at Mount Calvary cemetery.

Please pray for his soul and the consolation of his loved ones. Eternal rest grant unto him and all the souls in purgatory.
