Frank was born to William and Artie Vice, in Selma, Alabama. Frank had a deep love for his Country and Family. He proudly served 20 years in the United States Air Force followed by continued service and retirement from the United State Post Office. He met and married his beautiful bride in England, deeply adored her and knew she was the woman he was meant to spend the rest of his life with. Together, Frank and Pam, lived around the World, and the Country prior to deciding to make New Mexico their home.
Frank loved to garden beside his wife, enjoyed a good book; loved traveling with Pam to experience new adventures and visit family along the way. Together, they built a home full of love, laughter, and happiness. Family was everything to Frank; he loved it when his kids and grandkids would visit and was always smiling when Pam walked into the room. Frank had a way about him, that made everyone around him feel comfortable, respected, and welcomed, which led to him being referred to by family and friends as a "Southern Gentleman". Frank was the kind of man, that once you met him, you had a friend, someone you could call upon and depend on. Frank always had a smile on his face, ready with his quick wit and excellent sense of humor, which always brought joy and laughter to everyone around him.
Frank leaves behind a legacy most can only wish for, a legacy full of joy, devotion, happiness, love, charm, family values and so much more; he was a beloved husband, father, son, brother, grandfather, uncle, great-grandfather, friend and much more, he will be deeply missed by many.
