Frank Lee Stoll

Frank Stoll, 83, beloved husband and father, was called to his eternal resting place on January 8, 2018.

He was born in 1934 in Miami, Florida, to Frank and Letha Stoll. He is survived by his wife of 60 years Dolores; son, James and wife, Carolyn; daughter, Ann Marie; daughter, Christine and husband, Charles; daughter, Deborah and husband, Michael; and six grandchildren; and six great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by son, David; and son-in-law, Bruce.

Frank served in the Air Force and Air Force Reserves from 1954-1994. He crewed on B-50, B-52, and B-58 planes. Later, he worked on missile guidance systems, and was a computer technician at the High Speed Test Track near Alamogordo. He loved airplanes and flying, earning a private pilot’s license at the age of 16. To share his love of flying with others, he flew with the Civil Air Patrol, was a tow pilot for the Civil Air Patrol glider program, and was a member of the Albuquerque Soaring Club.

A Rosary will be recited on Wednesday, January 17, 2018, 6:00 p.m. at FRENCH - Lomas. A Christian Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, January 18, 2018, 8:30 a.m. at Our Lady of the Annunciation, 2532 Vermont St NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110. Interment will be at Santa Fe National Cemetery.
