Frank Lamar Keene, 88, passed away at his home on Saturday June 24, 2017 surrounded by his family. Frank was an incredible husband, father and grandfather. He loved his family unconditionally and loved to spend time with them. He had great sense of humor and loved to smile and joke. He also enjoyed golf, traveling and Norte Dame Football. Anyone who knew him would say he made the world a better place. Frank is preceded in death by his beautiful wife, Joanne B. Keene; parents, Frank B. and Rosetta Keene; his sons, Chris and Tim Keene; and granddaughter, Megan Rose Keene. He is survived by his sons, Pat Keene and wife, Debbie of Albuquerque, Jerry Keene and wife, Christine of Truchas, Bill and wife, Stephanie of Austin; granddaughters, Erin, Amy and Kelly Keene; his sister, Barbara and husband, Donald Williams of Bradenton, FL; brother-in-law, Tom and wife, Shirley of Chandler, AZ; and sister-in-law, Carolyn Dorso of Albuquerque; Laura Krupiak; and many nieces and nephews and dear friends. Mass will be celebrated on Friday, June 30, 2017, 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church, Lomas and Tennessee. Mr. Keene will be dearly missed.
