Frank was born on June 24, 1926 In Clayton, NM. He peacefully passed on June 9, 2013. Frank was preceded in death by his loving wife Sally Jiminez, and seven siblings. Frank is survived by his brother Al Jiminez from Denver, Co; sons, R.C. Jiminez and wife Hope, Gerald Jiminez and wife Stephanie, William Jiminez and Tim Jiminez, daughters Anna Gustafson, and husband Steve, Rachel Fernandez, and husband Bob, Linda Key and Husband Andrew, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Frank was a kind-hearted man with a great sense of humor that had many passions in life. One such passion was baking. Frank baked everything from apple pie, wedding cakes and his infamous biscochitos cookies a holiday favorite amongst his family and friends. He also loved to watch his Denver Broncos on Sundays with the hope of so many of us with our teams that this is our year! One other way we remembered Frank was seeing him in his White 1985 Cadillac Coupe Deville with his Sally license plate on front. After the passing of his much loved wife Sally, Frank's passions were turned to a new direction. He became a parishioner at his long time parish Sangre de Cristo. Where he volunteered, worked, and attended mass with so many friends and family on a daily basis. One of the last things Frank told me that I really took to heart was "Life is too short, make the most of it". Thank you Frank for being a friend, uncle, brother, great-grandfather, grandfather, father, husband and just someone I was proud to Know! A visitation followed by a Rosary will be held on Friday, June 14, 2013 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.at FRENCH - University. A mass will be celebrated on Saturday, June 15, 2013 at 9am at Sangre de Cristo Parish, with interment to follow at San Jose de Armijo Cemetery.
