Frank Gilbert Armijo

Frank Gilbert Armijo passed away peacefully in his home on October 27, 2024, at the age of 84. He is survived by his wife of 63 years Patricia Ann Armijo and his 3 children, Frank Jr Armijo and wife Theresa, and their son Frankie; Pamela Montoya and husband José and their three children, Anelisa, Maya and José; and Gary Armijo and his wife Jenny; and their five children Levi, Deniss, Abby, Vlad, and Anna. He is also survived by his siblings, Rudolph Ronald Armijo and wife Haleen, Regina Olivas and husband Ron, and Roseann Hoisington.

Frank grew up in Alameda working in his parents, F. Ted and Angie Armijo's apple orchard. Frank graduated from St. Mary's High School in 1958 where he was on the basketball team. He received his Bachelor's degree in Business from The University of Albuquerque while working full-time at General Electric. He worked for GE until his retirement in 1997 where he was a supervisor.

Frank was very adventurous and competitive. He loved traveling with his wife, spending time with his family, fishing, golfing, riding dirt and street motorcycles and was willing to try any sport.

Services will be held on Tuesday, November 12th at Risen Savior Catholic Church. Rosary will be at 9:00 AM followed by mass at 9:30 AM.
