Frances Pohl

Frances Salas Pohl, age 94, Beautiful wife, loving mother, and deeply caring grandmother and great-grandmother, passed away April 9, 2024. Frances was known for her love of cooking food and baking goodies for all her loved ones, her tortillas and Christmas biscochitos were the bestest. She's preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Julian R. Pohl, son in law David Padilla and grandson Thomas Saiz. She is survived by her six children, Henry Pohl and wife Barbara, Rudy Pohl and wife Deborah, Donna Padilla, Wilfred Pohl and Song, Frieda Saiz and husband Tommy, Julian Pohl and Valerie; grandchildren Juan Pohl and wife Kristi, Joseph and Marge, Crystal and husband Cameron, Adriana and husband Isaac, Miranda Pohl, Rudi Pohl and Frankie, Nick Pohl, Alessandra Pohl and husband Stone; great-grandchildren Danica Pohl, Alyssa Pohl, Addison Pohl, Angelo White, and Baby Lucero coming soon (name TBD). She is also survived by her brothers Ray Salas and Erminio Salas and wife Marie. She also leaves many nieces, nephews, God children, in-laws, and cousins. A visitation will be held on Wednesday April 17, 2024, at 9 am at Holy Child Perish, 19 Camino de Santo Nino Tijeras, NM 87059 followed by a rosary at 9:20 am and mass at 10 am. Burial to follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery, 1900 Edith Blvd. Albuquerque, NM 87102 at 12:00 pm.
